1. Add wheatgrass
Add as many cubes as you would like. We
recommend 1-2 per person.
2. Add fruit / veggies / juice
Add any fruit & vegetables you would like. If you already have a favourite smoothie combination just try tossing in a couple of cubes.
IN A SMOOTHIE
Some people can't get enough of the taste of our wheatgrass juice.
Others... aren't as enthusiastic. No matter, it's simple to add to smoothies or shakes. Just toss in an ounce (or few) of the frozen juice and blend it up with the rest of your smoothie.
3. Blend to your heart's content!
Blend until your smoothie is mixed to your liking. Don't let it heat up though!
