Sweet Summer Smoothie Recipe


One of the best things about summer is all of the wonderful fresh fruit! I am often guilty of buying too much. When this happens, I love to freeze the left over fruit before it spoils and then use it in smoothies. Below is a sweet summer smoothie recipe for that delicious frozen fruit! (I use frozen fruit in smoothies to keep them cold and to stop ice from diluting the flavor.)

SWEET SUMMER SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen peach slices

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup almond/coconut milk

  • 1-2 oz Evergreen WheatGrass Juice

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Relax and enjoy!
