Green Chia Fresca Recipe
For those of you looking for a refreshing and healthy drink to try, you may want to give this Green Chia Fresca a shot. Chia is a good source of magnesium, manganese, and omega fatty acids. Lemon is a good source of potassium, vitamin C, aids digestion, and freshens your breath. Our WheatGrass juice is a great source of live chlorophyll (more details on the benefits later!).
This recipe does not take long to prepare and it's an easy way to add a nutritional boost to your day!
GREEN CHIA FRESCA
Makes 1 serving.
8 oz water/coconut water
1 oz Evergreen WheatGrass Juice
½ lemon, juiced
1-2 tsp chia seeds
Pour water/coconut water into a glass.
Juice the lemon half and add to glass.
Stir in 1-2 tsp chia seeds.
Add 1 oz Evergreen WheatGrass Juice. (It can still be frozen!)
Let sit for 10 minutes for the chia to absorb water and for the WheatGrass Juice to melt.
Stir and enjoy!
